Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle heavy radial and axial loads in both directions, accommodating deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes through a self-aligning feature that prevents excessive force application. These bearings feature a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal function in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, making these bearings suitable for various applications requiring high reliability and performance.
