NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects shaft deflection, housing irregularities, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The newly developed heat stabilization process allows these bearings to maintain normal functionality in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
