NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings are enhanced by NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing for normal operation at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
