NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
