Space saver desiccators are designed to hold a full vacuum (29.9" Hg, 75.9 cm) at room temperature for 24 hours while maintaining an airtight seal even when not under vacuum. The kit includes a polypropylene stopcock with a PTFE plug that accommodates 6.4 mm (1/4") I.D. tubing, allowing for controlled air entrance to prevent unnecessary turbulence. Featuring a flat-top dome for maximizing interior space, the desiccators utilize a neoprene O-ring that guarantees a tight seal down to 0°C without requiring grease, although it can withstand grease if applied. Additionally, all models come with a 0.32 cm (1/8") thick perforated plate.
