The hydraulic valve kit is available in configurations with 1, 2, or 3 spools, featuring a rated working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 BAR) and a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR). It has a rated flow capacity of 30 GPM (114 L/M) and a maximum spool leakage of 16 CC/MIN at 1000 PSI. The mounting configuration allows for installation in any position, supported by 3 mounting holes for 3/8" bolts. The weight varies based on the number of spools, with a 1 spool weighing 13 lbs., a 2 spool weighing 21 lbs., and a 3 spool weighing 33 lbs. Standard features include integral load holding check valves to prevent reverse flow during valve shifting, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI and 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimal leakage and smooth operation, and external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs. The valve has in/out ports of 1-1/16" #12 SAE and work ports of either 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features include power beyond capability for neutral flow at system pressure and field conversion from closed center to open center (tandem) operation, with options for air-operated (AS1) and cable-operated configurations using the cable connection kit B302890. The valve offers various operational definitions such as 3-way (power up, gravity down), 4-way (power up, power down), and 3-position spools with spring-centered and detent mechanisms.
