The hydraulic valve kit includes one to three spools with a rated working pressure of 2500 PSI (172 BAR) and a maximum shock and surge pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR). It has a rated flow capacity of 30 GPM (114 L/M) and a maximum spool leakage of 16 CC/MIN at 1000 PSI. The mounting configuration allows for any position with three mounting holes for 3/8" bolts, and the weight varies: 13 lbs. for one spool, 21 lbs. for two spools, and 33 lbs. for three spools. Standard features include integral load holding check valves that prevent reverse flow during shifting, an adjustable integral differential poppet type relief valve set at 2000 PSI and 10 GPM, balanced select-fit spools for minimum leakage and smooth operation, external spool seals for easy replacement and reduced maintenance costs, and work ports of 1-1/16" #12 SAE or 3/4"-16 #8 SAE. Optional features consist of power beyond for neutral flow at system pressure and field conversion from closed center to open center operation, as well as air operated and cable operated options with the respective connection kits. The valve can be defined as three-way for power up and gravity down, four-way for power up and power down, and features three positions with a spring-centered return to neutral or a detent mechanism that maintains the spool position until changed by the operator.
