The band sealer is designed for sealing all types of plastic materials and bags, making it one of the most efficient sealing machines available. It can seal 20-26 poly bags, which are 6" wide, in just one minute. This machine features a durable stainless steel construction, and is easy to operate, requiring minimal training for operators. It has a fast warm-up time and can seal any thermoplastic material including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminates. Key attributes include a solid-state temperature controller that ensures seal bars maintain the proper temperature for consistent seal quality, a fully adjustable motorized rubber conveyor with speed control, and knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment. The sealing method utilized is constant/direct heat, and the unit is designed to feed left to right. It is equipped with an emergency stop button and can be easily converted to a vertical configuration with an optional converting kit. The included spare parts encompass a PC board, PTFE sealing belt, wheel belt, tools, and typeset.
