The CBS-880 is designed for sealing various types of thermoplastic materials and bags, making it suitable for use in industries such as food, medical, and cosmetics. This sealer can efficiently seal 20-30 six poly bags per minute and features an optional embossing wheel to add messages on the seal line. The vertical configuration is particularly effective for sealing stand-up pouches and for handling liquids, grains, or powders. Key attributes include durable stainless steel construction, easy operation requiring minimal training, and a fast warm-up time. It seals any thermoplastic materials, including PE, PP, and laminates, utilizing a solid state temperature controller to ensure consistent seal quality. The fully adjustable conveyor, motorized rubber conveyor with speed control, and knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment contribute to its versatility. The unit comes with one pair each of cooling and heating blocks, operates using a constant/direct heat sealing method, feeds from right to left, and is equipped with an emergency stop button.
