The HL-M810 is designed for sealing a wide range of thermoplastic materials and bags, making it ideal for applications in the food, medical, and cosmetic industries. This sealer can efficiently seal 20-30 six poly bags in one minute and employs dry ink coding to print alphanumeric characters on the seal line. Its vertical configuration is particularly advantageous for sealing products with liquids or stand-up pouches. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the HL-M810 features user-friendly operation requiring minimal training and boasts a fast warm-up time. It incorporates a solid state digital temperature controller to ensure the seal bars maintain optimal temperature for consistent sealing quality. The unit includes a fully adjustable conveyor, allowing for customization of height and depth in relation to the seal bars, alongside a motorized rubber conveyor for speed control. Additionally, it features knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment and utilizes a constant/direct heat sealing method, complemented by a pair of cooling and heating blocks. The unit operates with a left to right feed, and for right to left feed options, the FRM-1120C and FRM-1010 models are available. Included spare parts comprise a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, fuse, motor brush, heating element, silica gel ring, silicone pin, and typeset.
