The FRM-1120LD is engineered for the rapid and efficient sealing of various thermoplastic materials, including PE, PPE, stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, and moisture barrier bags, making it ideal for use in food, medical, and cosmetics industries. It features an adjustable height for both the sealing head and conveyor belt, accommodating a wide range of bag sizes. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the sealer is designed for ease of operation with minimal training required. Its fast warm-up time and suitability for both medium and heavy-duty applications enhance its versatility. The vertical configuration allows for sealing a variety of products, including liquids, while a solid-state digital temperature controller ensures the seal bars are maintained at the correct temperature for consistent seal quality. Additional features include a motorized rubber conveyor with speed control, knurled pressure wheels with variable pressure adjustment, a constant/direct heat sealing method complemented by cooling and heating blocks, and a fully adjustable conveyor for optimal positioning. The unit also incorporates dry ink coding for printing at the seal line and operates with a right-to-left feed.
