The KF-Series foot sealers are designed for high-volume poly bag and thermoplastic sealing, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These machines allow for hands-free operation, enhancing sealing speed and accuracy, and are equipped with a plug-in timer that controls the sealing time for various materials, ensuring a consistently flat seal. The signal light on the timer indicates when sealing is complete. Available in sizes of 12", 18", and 24", the sealers offer a choice of 2.5mm or 5mm seal width, accommodating materials up to 24" wide and 16 mil in total thickness, depending on the model. Each sealer includes a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable worktable, and an adjustable foot control. The manufacturer's replacement kit features two elements and one fuse. Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard. For optimal results, hold the footboard for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light turns off. These sealers are ETL listed for safety compliance.
