The W-Series automatic sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials, capable of sealing materials up to 24 inches wide and 15 mil total thickness, depending on the model of the sealer. It offers seal widths of 2.7 mm and 5 mm. The sealer is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and features an electronic timer and electromagnet that ensure consistent seals once the correct settings are established. The automatic sealer kit includes an electric foot switch and a worktable, allowing the user to activate the sealing bar by pressing down on the foot switch.
