The W-Series automatic sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials, accommodating materials up to 24 inches wide and 15 mil total thickness, depending on the model. Seal widths of 2.7mm and 5mm are available, ensuring versatility for various sealing applications. It is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and features an electronic timer and electromagnet, which allow for the maintenance of consistent seals automatically once the correct settings have been established. The kit includes an electric foot switch and a worktable, providing a complete solution for efficient sealing processes.
