The WN-Series foot sealers are designed for extra-long high-volume poly bag sealing, available in 30" and 35" lengths with a 2.7mm seal, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These sealers enable hands-free operation for quicker and more precise sealing. Once the timer is adjusted, the sealer ensures a consistently flat seal. The unit features a robust 26" steel frame for enhanced safety and stability, alongside a height-adjustable working plate. The manufacturer's replacement kit includes two sealing elements, and there is an optional round element available for seal and cut applications. Additional options include a taller stand and tension rod that increase the height by 10". Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard. It is recommended to hold the footboard down for an extra 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to ensure a solid seal.
