The impulse sealer is a lightweight and easy-to-use device available in 8", 12", and 16" seal lengths, specifically designed for sealing polyethylene and laminated foils. The FKR-A series sealers are suitable for various applications, including sealing around oddly shaped products such as drum or box liners for large objects. Operation is straightforward: the user places the item to be sealed between the jaws and squeezes the handle shut, while an indicator light on the main housing unit signals when the seal is completed. The heat cycle is controlled by a timer, and it is recommended to hold the jaws together for an additional 1-2 seconds after the light has turned off to ensure optimal seal quality.
