The FS-Series foot sealers are designed for high-volume poly bag sealing and other thermoplastic sealing applications, available in lengths of 14", 18", and 26" with an 8mm seal width. These foot sealers can seal 15-20 bags per minute and accommodate materials up to 26" wide and a total thickness of 20 mil, depending on the model. The machines feature a plug-in timer for consistent, flat seals, and allow users to keep their hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. FS-Series sealers are light blue and include a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable work table, and an adjustable foot control. The manufacturer's replacement kit consists of two elements, a PTFE cover sheet, and tools, with easily replaceable elements thanks to the clip-type element holder. Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard, holding it for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to ensure a proper seal.
