The TISF foot sealers are designed for high-volume poly bag sealing, available in 12", 18", and 24" lengths with a 2.7mm or 5mm seal. Capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute, these machines offer hands-free operation for quicker and more accurate sealing. Equipped with a plug-in timer, the sealer ensures a consistently flat seal once the timer is set. The TISF sealers are light blue and can seal materials up to 24" wide with a total thickness of 16 mil, with a sealing area positioned 30" from the floor. Each sealer includes a 26" pedestal, 2" base, adjustable work table, and adjustable foot control. The work table measures 12" L x 5" W, and the adjusting plate measures 9-1/2" L x 10" W. An optional 36" pedestal for standing operation is also available. The manufacturer's replacement kit consists of two elements. Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down on the footboard, and hold for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light turns off to ensure a proper seal.
