The KF Impulse Hand Sealers efficiently seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials without any warm-up time, accommodating materials up to 20" wide and 20 mil total thickness depending on the model. Each sealer features a plug-in electronic timer that allows for precise control over sealing times tailored to various material thicknesses. Available sizes include 4", 8", 12", 16", and 20", with options for seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, or 5mm. The manufacturer's kit comprises two heating elements and two PTFE covers, with round wire heating elements available for cut and seal applications at no extra charge; simply append "RND" to the model number when ordering (e.g., a 12" hand sealer with round cut wire - KF-300HRND). The operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down before releasing, with a recommendation to hold the sealing arm down for an extra second or two to ensure proper sealing and cooling.
