The TISF foot sealers are designed for high-volume poly bag sealing, available in lengths of 12", 18", and 24" with options for a 2.7mm or 5mm seal, capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. These units allow for hands-free operation, ensuring quicker and more accurate sealing, and come equipped with a plug-in timer for consistent flat seals once set. The sealers are light blue and can accommodate materials up to 24" wide with a total thickness of 16 mil. The sealing area is positioned 30" from the floor, and the units include a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable work table measuring 12" L x 5" W, and an adjustable foot control. An optional 36" pedestal is available for standing operation. The manufacturer's replacement kit consists of two elements. Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down on the footboard, and hold for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to secure the seal.
