The WN-series long hand sealers are designed for applications requiring a longer sealing length and feature a durable steel construction in an ivory color. These sealers can be equipped with round wires for cut and seal applications, with options available that include a cutter. The blade is designed to cut approximately 3/4 inch from the seal line. Matching film rollers are available for optimal performance. The manufacturer's replacement kit includes 3 sealing elements and 1 blade when the cutter unit is ordered. The sealers are easy to operate, requiring the user to set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bar, and press down on the seal bar. For the best quality seal, it is recommended to hold the seal bar down for a couple of seconds after the light goes off before resealing. If the sealer is equipped with a sliding cutter, the user should slide it across the bag while maintaining pressure on the seal bar to achieve a clean cut.
