The WN-Series long hand sealers are designed for sealing applications with a longer sealing length and feature an ivory color. Constructed from steel for enhanced quality and durability, these sealers can be equipped with round wires for cut and seal applications, and versions with an integrated cutter are also available. The cutting blade operates to cut approximately 3/4 inch from the seal line, and matching film rollers can be procured separately. The manufacturer’s replacement kit includes 3 elements and 1 blade for use with the cutter unit. The operation is user-friendly: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bar, and press down on the seal bar. For optimal sealing quality, it is recommended to hold the seal bar down for a couple of seconds after the indicator light turns off before resealing. For models equipped with a sliding cutter, the user should slide the cutter across the bag while maintaining pressure on the seal bar to achieve a clean cut.
