The KF Impulse Hand Sealer with a sliding cutter enables cutting and sealing in one straightforward step, efficiently sealing poly bags and other thermoplastic materials without any warm-up time. Depending on the model, it can seal materials up to 20" wide and 20 mil in total thickness. Equipped with a plug-in electronic timer, the sealer allows for adjustment of the sealing times according to the varying thicknesses of materials. Available sizes include 8", 12", 16", and 20", with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, 5mm, or 10mm. The manufacturer's kit comprises two sealing elements and two PTFE covers. Operation is user-friendly: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release. It is recommended to hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to ensure proper sealing. For cutting the bag, simply slide the cutting bracket across the bag.
