The KF Impulse Hand Sealers are designed to seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently without the need for warm-up time, accommodating materials up to 20" wide and 20 mil total thickness depending on the model. Each sealer is equipped with a plug-in electronic timer that adjusts sealing times for various material thicknesses. Available sizes include 4", 8", 12", 16", and 20", with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, or 5mm. The manufacturer's kit includes two sealing elements and two PTFE covers. For cut and seal applications, round wire heating elements can be used at no additional charge by adding "RND" to the model number (e.g., KF-300HRND for a 12" hand sealer with round cut wire). Operation is straightforward: the user sets the timer, inserts the bag between the sealing bars, and applies pressure, with a recommendation to hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to ensure proper sealing and cooling.
