The KF Impulse Hand Sealers are designed to seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials effectively and without the need for warm-up time. Depending on the model, these sealers can handle materials up to 20" wide and a total thickness of 20 mil. Equipped with a plug-in electronic timer, they allow for precise control of sealing times to accommodate varying material thicknesses. Available sizes include 4", 8", 12", 16", and 20", with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, or 5mm. The manufacturer's kit contains two sealing elements and two PTFE covers. Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release. It is recommended to hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to ensure proper sealing and cooling of the bag.
