The KF Impulse Hand Sealer with a sliding cutter is designed for quick and efficient sealing of poly bags and other thermoplastic materials without any warm-up time. This device can seal materials up to 20" wide and 20 mil total thickness, depending on the model. It features a plug-in electronic timer that allows for precise control of sealing times for various material thicknesses. The sealer is available in sizes of 8", 12", 16", and 20", with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, 5mm, or 10mm. The manufacturer's kit includes two heating elements and two PTFE covers. Operation involves setting the timer, inserting the bag between the sealing bars, pressing down, and releasing the arm; it is recommended to hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two for optimal results. Additionally, the sliding cutting bracket allows for easy cutting of the sealed bag.
