The W-Series automatic double impulse sealer is designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials, capable of sealing up to 24 mil total thickness. This sealer features two heating elements (upper and lower) that fuse materials from both sides simultaneously, accommodating thicker materials. For automatic operation, users can set the control to auto and adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws) before inserting the material to be sealed. Once the jaw opens, the sealed material can be removed. In manual operation, users set the control to manual, insert the material, and press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar. The kit includes the automatic double impulse sealer, and it meets various certifications and compliance standards.
