The W-Series automatic double impulse sealer is designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials, capable of sealing up to 24 mil total thickness. It features two heating elements (upper and lower) that fuse materials from both sides simultaneously, enabling the sealing of thicker materials. The device can be operated automatically or manually; in automatic mode, users can set the control to auto and adjust the sealing time (heating time), congealing time (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). For manual operation, users can switch to manual control, insert the material to be sealed, and activate the sealing bar by pressing down on the foot switch. The kit includes the double impulse sealer itself along with necessary operational guides and support documentation. The sealer is built to meet industry standards for safety and performance.
