The KF Impulse hand sealers effectively seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials without any warm-up time, accommodating materials up to 20" wide and 20 mil total thickness depending on the model. Each sealer features a plug-in electronic timer to control sealing times for different material thicknesses. Available sizes include 4", 8", 12", 16", and 20", with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, or 5mm. The manufacturer's kit comes with two elements and two PTFE covers. Operation is user-friendly: simply set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release. For optimal results, it is recommended to hold the sealing arm down for an extra second or two to ensure sufficient time for the bag to set and cool.
