The KF Impulse Hand Sealer with a sliding cutter allows you to cut and seal in one easy step. Designed to seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently without any warm-up time, the sealer can accommodate materials up to 20" wide and 20 mil total thickness, depending on the model. It is equipped with a plug-in electronic timer that controls various sealing times required for different thicknesses of materials. The device is available in sizes of 8", 12", 16", and 20" with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, 5mm, or 10mm. The manufacturer's kit includes two elements and two PTFE covers. Operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release. It is advisable to hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to allow sufficient time for the bag to set and cool. To cut the bag, simply slide the cutting bracket across the bag. The sealer meets relevant compliance standards and is suitable for various applications.
