The W-Series double foot sealers are designed for sealing thicker materials and come in lengths of 12", 18", and 24", featuring a 5mm seal capable of handling materials up to 20 mil total thickness. These sealers include a single and double sealing selector switch, allowing users to seal various types of materials with the option of 1 or 2 heating elements based on material thickness for both top and bottom heating. Constructed with a steel frame for enhanced safety and stability, the kit also includes a height-adjustable working plate. The manufacturer's replacement kit contains two sealing elements, while an optional taller stand and tension rod can add 10" in height, resulting in a 42-1/2" working height, with a standard working height of 30-1/4". The operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard, holding it for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light turns off to ensure a secure seal.
