The W-Series double foot sealers are designed for sealing thicker materials and are available in lengths of 12", 18", and 24", featuring a 5mm seal capable of sealing materials up to 20 mil total thickness. These sealers include a single and double sealing selector switch, enabling users to seal various materials with the choice of 1 or 2 elements for top and bottom heating, depending on the material thickness. Constructed with a robust steel frame for enhanced safety and stability, the sealers also feature a height-adjustable working plate. The manufacturer's replacement kit comes with two elements, and an optional taller stand with a tension rod adds an additional 10" in height. The standard working height is 30-1/4", which can be extended to 42-1/2" when using the standing tube. Operation is straightforward; users can set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard, holding it for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to ensure a secure seal.
