The W-Series long hand sealers, available in ivory color, are designed for extended sealing lengths and feature a robust steel construction that ensures quality and durability. These sealers can be equipped with round wires for cut and seal applications, or can come with an integrated cutter option, where the blade cuts approximately 3/4 inch from the seal line. Additionally, matching film rollers are offered for optimal performance. The manufacturer's replacement kit includes 3 elements and 1 blade when the cutter unit is selected. Operation is straightforward: users need to set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bar, and apply pressure on the seal bar. For optimal sealing results, it is recommended to hold the seal bar down for a few seconds after the indicator light goes off before resealing. For models equipped with a sliding cutter, users should slide the cutter across the bag while maintaining pressure on the seal bar to achieve a clean cut.
