The Tew Impulse Sealers are designed to seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently, requiring no warm-up time. Various models can seal materials up to 16" wide and 10mil total thickness. Each sealer features a plug-in electronic timer that allows control over different sealing times, accommodating various material thicknesses, and the timer emits an audible beep when the sealing process is complete. The sealers are offered in sizes of 4", 8", 12", and 16" with seal widths of either 2mm or 5mm. The manufacturer's kit includes two heating elements and two PTFE covers, with an option for round wire heating elements available for cut and seal applications at no extra charge by appending "RND" to the model number. For instance, a 12" hand sealer with round cut wire is designated as TISH-300RND. These sealers are user-friendly: simply set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release. It is recommended to hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to ensure optimal sealing results.
