W-300DAT is a table-top, auto, and direct heat sealer designed for efficient sealing of various thermoplastic packaging materials. The unit features an electronic timer for precise control over the sealing time, ensuring consistent seals once the appropriate settings are established. This 12" sealer, finished in ivory, includes 15mm wide meshed jaws and a foot switch for a semi-automatic operation. The hot sealing bars are encased in a heat-resistant plastic bar for enhanced safety during use. Ideal for thicker materials such as coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, Mylar, and coated PP, this sealer can handle materials up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick. It is equipped with a German-manufactured thermo controller that maintains temperature accuracy between 30° - 550° F (0° - 300° C). Both jaws heat simultaneously to improve heat penetration, facilitating the sealing of more substantial materials. The kit includes an adjustable work table, making it easy to operate by simply setting the temperature on the thermostat or thermo-controller based on the material to be sealed. The operational process involves inserting the material between the sealing bars, pressing down on the foot pedal, and then releasing it for a reliable seal.
