The band sealing machine is designed for sealing all types of plastic materials and bags, capable of sealing 20-26 6" wide poly bags in one minute. This machine features durable stainless steel construction, minimal operator training for ease of use, and fast warm uptime. It can seal any thermoplastic material including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminates. The solid-state digital temperature controller ensures that the seal bars maintain the proper temperature for consistent seal quality. The fully adjustable conveyor, motorized rubber conveyor with speed control, and knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment enhance its functionality. An embossing attachment allows for printing on the seal line without the use of ink. The machine comes with one pair each of cooling and heating blocks and employs a constant/direct heat sealing method, feeding from left to right, and is equipped with an emergency stop for safety. An option for a vertical configuration band sealer (FR-770II) is also available. Spare parts included with the kit are a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, tools, and typeset.
