The KF-Series foot sealers are designed for high-volume sealing of poly bags and other thermoplastic materials, achieving a sealing rate of 15-20 bags per minute. Featuring a plug-in timer that allows for the control of sealing time based on different materials, these machines provide a consistently flat seal, with the signal light indicating when the sealing process is complete. Available in sizes of 12", 18", and 24", the sealers accommodate seal widths of 2.5mm or 5mm and can seal materials up to 24" wide with a total thickness of 16 mil, depending on the model. Each unit includes a 26" pedestal, a 2" base, an adjustable worktable, and an adjustable foot control for enhanced operational efficiency. The manufacturer's replacement kit consists of two elements and one fuse. The product is backed by a limited warranty of 6 months and is ETL listed for safety compliance. To operate, users simply set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, and press down on the footboard, holding it for an additional 2-3 seconds after the timer light goes off to ensure a secure seal.
