The FR-770II is designed for sealing all types of thermoplastic materials and bags, making it suitable for various industries including food, medical, and cosmetics. This sealer can efficiently seal 20-30 6" poly bags in one minute. It features a vertical model ideal for filling liquids and stand-up pouches, constructed from durable stainless steel for longevity. The unit is easy to operate, requiring minimal operator training, and it seals any thermoplastic material, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminates. It includes a solid state temperature controller that maintains seal bars at the optimal temperature for consistent seal quality. The fully adjustable conveyor allows for height adjustments ranging from 5.9" to 10.6" from the sealing center, and it is equipped with a motorized rubber conveyor for speed control and knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment. Additionally, the optional embossing attachment allows for printing on the seal line without ink. The kit includes one pair each of heating and cooling blocks, with a sealing method that utilizes constant/direct heat, and a unit that feeds left to right while being equipped with an emergency stop. Spare parts available consist of a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, tools, and type set. The minimum and maximum bag heights for filled bags are 7.8" and 12.0", respectively.
