This rugged steel dolly base allows the creation of a heavy-duty mobile shelving unit or cart and is constructed of durable formed steel with a chrome-plated finish. It features corner bumpers to protect walls and doorways and is designed to be ordered the same size as your shelves. Plate casters must be ordered separately, and for overall height, approximately 1 1/2" should be added to the wheel size, or 3" for 8" casters. The mounting plates have a bolt spacing of 2 5/8" x 3 5/8".
