This rugged steel dolly base allows you to create a heavy-duty mobile shelving unit or cart and is constructed of durable formed steel with a chrome-plated finish. It features corner bumpers that protect walls and doorways, and it should be ordered to match the size of your shelves. Plate casters must be ordered separately. Note that for overall height, you should add approximately 1 1/2" to the wheel size or add 3" for 8" casters. The mounting plates have a bolt spacing of 2 5/8" x 3 5/8".
