The barrel roof design of these smoking shelters offers low maintenance by preventing rain and snow build-up, featuring four-sided structures with open left and right front openings to help protect non-smokers from secondhand smoke while providing a designated area for smokers. These shelters are constructed to industrial grade standards with anodized aluminum in a 313 dark bronze anodic finish, ensuring durability for years of outdoor use. The barrel roof is made from 1/4" thick double-walled polycarbonate, while the glass panels consist of clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass. The outdoor shelters come pre-fabricated in sections, facilitating easy assembly and low-cost shipping. Each shelter includes an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall, providing a comfortable sitting area for smokers, and is ADA compatible. Custom designs and sizes are also available to meet specific needs. It is important to note that due to Florida building code, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, which may restrict the sale of certain shelters in that region. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for compliance with building codes can also be provided at an additional cost if required.
