The slanted hip roof design of these smoking shelters offers an appealing look suitable for both commercial and residential areas. These three-sided, open front outdoor smoking shelters are designed to deter loitering and littering by providing a designated smoking area. Built to industrial-grade standards, the framing system ensures durability for years of outdoor use. The shelters feature anodized aluminum with a 313 dark bronze anodic finish, and they include clear 1/4" thick tempered safety glass panels. The slanted hip roof is constructed from 1/4" thick double-walled polycarbonate. Pre-fabricated in sections for easy assembly, the shelters are crated for economical shipping. Each shelter is equipped with an extruded aluminum bench and backrest along the rear wall to create a comfortable sitting area for smokers and is ADA compatible. Custom designs and sizes can be provided. It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and certain shelters cannot be sold in Florida. Shelters sold to Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance available at an extra charge if required.
