The tool balancer is designed for easy installation on the Tool Balancer Track Kit (sold separately) and can hold tools weighing up to 10 lbs. It features a sliding mechanism along the track kit for flexible side-to-side placement. Constructed from rugged steel, the balancer has a black baked polyester finish for durability. Key features include a reinforcing hanging bracket with a forged clevis for straightforward attachment to rolling trolley hooks, a permanently lubricated spring that ensures constant tension, and an 8-foot tool cable made of 7" x 7" strand galvanized steel, wrapped in aircraft cable nylon for added protection. Additionally, the balancer is equipped with a safety tool clip and an adjustable cable stop for enhanced functionality.
