The Gleason Reel® tool balancer features a rugged steel housing with a black polyester baked finish. It includes a reinforced hanging bracket with a forged clevis for ceiling mounting and holes for safety chain suspension (chain not included). The spring is permanently lubricated and provides constant tension, with adjustable settings for balancing tools in the normal working zone. The cable has been tested to support 920 lbs, with a diameter of 0.09 inches and uses 7" x 7" strand galvanized steel aircraft cable that is nylon covered to 0.12 inches for added safety. A safety tool clip and adjustable cable stop are included, making this tool balancer 6 feet long with a weight capacity of 1.5 lbs.
