The Gleason Reel® tool balancer features a rugged steel housing with a black polyester baked finish, designed for durability and longevity. It includes a reinforced hanging bracket with a forged clevis for ceiling mounting, complete with holes for safety chain suspension (chain not included). The permanently lubricated spring ensures constant tension and is adjustable to balance tools within the normal working zone. The balancer's cable is tested to 920 lbs, measuring 0.09" in diameter and utilizing 7" x 7" strand galvanized steel aircraft cable that is nylon covered to 0.12" for added safety. Additionally, a safety tool clip and adjustable cable stop are included with the unit. This tool balancer has an 8' length and supports a weight capacity of 7 lbs.
