The Gleason Reel® tool balancer features a rugged steel housing with a black polyester baked finish and includes a reinforced hanging bracket with a forged clevis for ceiling mounting, as well as holes for safety chain suspension (chain not included). The permanently lubricated spring provides constant tension and is adjustable for balancing the tool within the normal working zone. The cable has been tested to withstand 920 lbs, measuring 0.09" in diameter, and utilizes a 7" x 7" strand galvanized steel aircraft cable that is nylon covered to 0.12" for added safety. This kit includes a safety tool clip and adjustable cable stop. Designed to be 8' long, this tool balancer supports a weight capacity of 12 lbs.
