The TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door is an innovative insect barrier designed to enhance employee comfort and productivity by providing effective air circulation and light penetration. This all-season warehouse and dock door features modular, interchangeable door panels that contribute to energy savings. It is constructed from an 11 oz bug screen mesh that protects against flying insects, birds, leaves, and debris while allowing over 40% air flow into the dock. Installation involves a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track equipped with aluminum wind stiffeners for added protection. Additionally, the door includes a bottom breakaway bar that releases the door from the tracks upon impact, thereby preventing damage. The door operates using a heavy-duty spring-loaded lift mechanism, allowing manual operation similar to a window shade. For in-jamb mounted installations, the door requires 4" of space on each side of the jamb and 9" of space above, with a necessary jamb depth of at least 8".
