The TMI Screen-Pro™ Roll-Up Bug Door insect barrier enhances employee comfort and productivity while facilitating air circulation and light penetration. This all-season warehouse and dock door features a modular design with interchangeable door panels that promote energy savings and create a more comfortable work environment. Constructed with an 11 oz bug screen mesh, the door effectively protects against flying insects, birds, leaves, and debris while allowing over 40% air flow into the dock. The door operates within a 4" deep extruded aluminum guide track and includes aluminum wind stiffeners for added protection. A bottom breakaway bar enables the door to release from the tracks when struck, preventing damage to the screen. The installation is done in-jamb, and the door is operated using a heavy-duty spring-loaded lift, allowing for manual operation similar to a window shade. Note that in-jamb mounted doors occupy 4" of space on each side of the jamb and 9" of space at the top, necessitating a jamb depth of at least 8".
