The locker system ensures secure, reliable, and quiet use, featuring spot welding at all door openings for rigidity and louvers for ventilation. A continuous door strike guarantees secure closure, while rubber padding on the strikes dampens closing noise. The lockers are equipped with 5 knuckle hinges for enhanced strength and legs that add 6 inches to the height. The triple-tier lockers are designed with a stainless steel recessed handle for a smooth, catch-free front that protects padlocks from tampering, complemented by 2-point latching (top and bottom) and nylon glides in the latching channels to minimize noise when opening or closing. It is recommended to anchor the lockers to the floor and/or wall for safety. The lockers have a durable powder coat finish, with color options available in gray (GY) or champagne (CA). Effective from March 1, 2021, the champagne color finished Vanguard and Guardian lockers maintain the same color throughout, while gray color finished quick ship Vanguard lockers are uniformly colored. Other color finishes in Vanguard and Guardian will feature common champagne color body parts, and single solid colors are available with longer lead times and additional charges.
