The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop starter measures 120"W x 42"D x 144"H and includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels, making it a versatile option for warehouses with a diverse range of product types. The pallet rack upright frames and beams are constructed from high-strength steel, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright columns for 2" incremental shelf adjustments. The frames are finished with a durable green powder coat, while the orange beams use a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically locks into place to prevent accidental displacement. This tamper-proof locking mechanism ensures the most secure connection and maximizes total capacity. The 1-5/8" step within the orange beams allows for compatibility with wire decking and other accessories. The system is easily expandable with Interlake Mecalux welded pallet rack add-on units and allows for straightforward assembly. It is also interchangeable with various brands including Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and the units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
